These SMS Terms of Service govern text message communications between you and Solarbridge.

Program Description

Solarbridge sends SMS messages to homeowners who have expressed interest in solar consultations. Messages are sent by our AI-powered follow-up system (Alex) and may include appointment reminders, consultation scheduling, and related communications.

Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Solarbridge by providing your phone number to a Solarbridge representative and consenting to follow-up communications, or by submitting your phone number through our consent page at solarbridge.org/sms-consent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. You may receive 1-5 messages per inquiry. We will not send unsolicited marketing messages unrelated to your solar consultation.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details on your plan.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any SMS from Solarbridge to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages. You may re-subscribe at any time by contacting us.

Supported Carriers

Solarbridge SMS is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary.

Privacy

Your phone number and message history are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing.
